Hi, I’m Tatiana Tamai,

Fitness coach and creator of the Booiaka Dance movement. 

Every year I ask my clients what are their goals so we can focus on those areas.

One of my clients, who I’ve been training for over 4 years, surprised me with a request that made me realize she just reached another level.

Often the most common requests are losing weight, slimming down, strengthening, motivation, etc. so we, trainers, prepare the schedule, add a great meal plan and keep our clients consistent for the time on.  

My client goal for this year is to have a plan that will keep her active consistently also during the days she is not working out with me. She sits long hours at a desk and realize that there are days she doesn’t even get up to get some water and, of course, her body is suffering.

So, I embraced my client request and developed a format to spread to other trainers and all my clients and I am happy to share the “Shake Off Reset Plan” with you all.
